An ideal situation to fully enjoy the capital city animation: historic centre, museums, cinemas, concerts, theatres, restaurants, cafés and terraces, bars, night-clubs, shopping, flea market. Our house (built in the 19th century) is completely renovated and decorated with taste -no elevator. We have 2 large double rooms located on the 3rd floor (double bed - lounge corner - private shower and toilet - TV - DVD player), a 70 m2 Suite (1st floor) with bedroom - lounge - private double shower and toilet - TV - DVD player - private terrace and a 70 m2 apartment (2nd floor) with bedroom, lounge, TV and DVD, private bathroom - fully equipped kitchen (micro wave, dish washer) - shower and toilet. Our house is non smoking. It is stricly forbidden to smoke in the rooms. A free Internet WI FI connection is available.
